Riverside Technologies was founded to help small businesses, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations leverage information technology to grow their business and further their cause.  Our goal is simple:  provide a cost effective solution to the day-to-day technical issues facing our customers.

In an effort to provide cost effective solutions, Riverside is continually developing pre-designed solutions to help take the cost of customization out of the solution.   While all solutions cannot be “off the shelf”, the majority of networks start with the same basic infrastructure design.  At Riverside, we concentrate on Microsoft technologies, using Microsoft Small Business Server and other Microsoft Server solutions.

Our Philosophy:

We believe that small companies make large investments in to their computing systems and it is critical to obtain a return on that investment.

We believe a trusted IT partner is a key component to achieve a return on the investment.  

A trusted IT partner should:

• Consider the customers’ needs first
• Propose standard, proven IT solutions - No one wants to experiment with their business
• Explain solutions in standard business terminology, not technical jargon
• Be aware of the customers budget, as all solutions have to make financial sense
• Be able to align IT solutions with business requirements
• Realize that the relationship must be mutually beneficial

About our Customers!

Our customers include local schools, not for profit organizations, and small to mid-sized businesses with fewer than 100 computers.  Our clients are interested in running "the business” of their business, not the technology.  Most do not employ a full time network administrator and leverage our services to provide reliable networks and predictable budgets!
